Befgax Hub Privacy Policy

Information the app keeps

Befgax Hub is a personal gaming logbook. Everything it keeps is something you typed or tapped in yourself:

• Session entries: game, platform, duration, date, and any personal notes.
• Rank progress: division points, monthly pace and the XP ledger derived from your sessions.
• Missions and objectives, including the rewards you attach to them and any linked game.
• Your game library, organised by console, with per-game history.
• Spending entries in dollars, sorted into the categories you choose.
• App preferences such as display settings.

The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any account login.

REWARD · nothing leaves the device

On-device storage only

All data is written to a local database inside the app's private storage on your phone or tablet. Befgax Hub does not operate servers, does not run user accounts, and does not upload your sessions, ranks, missions or spending anywhere.

If your device's operating system performs its own backups (for example iCloud Backup or Android Backup), your Befgax Hub data may be included in that backup under the terms of Apple's or Google's privacy policies. You control those backups from your device settings, not from this app.

REWARD · no servers to breach

What we do not collect

• No analytics, crash reporting or usage telemetry SDKs are bundled in the app.
• No advertising identifiers are read, and no ads are shown.
• No tracking across other apps or websites.
• No selling, renting or sharing of personal data, because we never receive any.

The publisher may see aggregated, anonymous download and crash figures that Apple or Google provide to every developer through their store dashboards. Those figures cannot be tied back to you by us.

Device permissions

Befgax Hub runs without any special permissions. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar or photo library. If a future version adds an optional feature that needs a permission (for example attaching a screenshot to a game), the system will ask you first and the feature will remain optional.

Editing and deleting your data

You are in charge of the ledger. Inside the app you can adjust the duration of any session, delete entries you no longer want, remove games from your library, edit or complete missions and delete spending records. Deleted items are removed from the local database immediately.

Uninstalling Befgax Hub deletes all app data from your device. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing further for us to erase, and there is no data export or account-closure request to file.

Children's privacy

Befgax Hub is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children either. Parents with questions can contact the publisher at the address below.

Changes to this policy and how to reach us

If the way the app handles data ever changes, for example if an optional cloud sync is introduced, this page will be updated and the revision date at the top will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes will be noted in the app's store release notes.
