Befgax Hub Terms of Use

Licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

What the App is

Befgax Hub is a personal gaming logbook. You record sessions (game, platform, duration), track rank progress and division points, manage missions and objectives with rewards, keep a game library by console, log spending in dollars by category, and review stats and an XP ledger.

The App is a tracking tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher, console maker or store platform.

Your content stays yours

Everything you enter, including session notes, mission names, rewards and spending entries, belongs to you. It is stored only on your device. We do not receive, review or claim any rights over it. You are responsible for keeping backups you care about, for example through your device's own backup feature.

Ranks, XP and rewards are in-app only

Rank tiers, division points, XP and mission rewards in Befgax Hub are personal progress markers you define and track. They have no monetary value, are not currency, cannot be redeemed, transferred or sold, and are not linked to any real ranking system in any game.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App except where the law expressly allows it;
• redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the App;
• remove any copyright or trademark notices;
• use the App in a way that breaks any applicable law.

Spending tracker is not financial advice

Dollar figures you log are your own records. The App performs simple totals and category sums only. It does not connect to bank accounts, does not verify amounts, and is not accounting, tax or financial advice. Check figures yourself before relying on them.

Intellectual property

The App, its code, design, name and logo are owned by Harper Murray and protected by copyright and other laws. Game titles, console names and platform names you enter remain the trademarks of their respective owners and are used in the App only as labels you choose.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of statistics, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Data may be lost if your device fails, if the App is uninstalled, or through software bugs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim.

Updates and discontinuation

We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and we may stop distributing or supporting the App at any time. Because your data is stored locally, the App will generally continue to function on your device even if it is no longer updated, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with future operating system versions.

Termination

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. We may terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. On termination the licence in Mission 01 ends; clauses that by their nature should survive (ownership, warranty disclaimer, liability limits, governing law) continue to apply.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what the App does with your data, which is nothing beyond storing it on your device. It forms part of these Terms.
